Richard Nash: I was greeted and helped by the owner Dick Horton. He was very helpful and went as far as to spend a substantial amount of time educating me on all factors and aspects of diamonds. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase as well as the exceptional customer service. There’s no doubt I will return here sooner or later.

Ursula Hodges: I recently visited this store from out of the area and purchased over $200 of clothing. I removed the tags and threw away the receipt. When I returned home from vacation, I understood that the sales person left a security tag on one item. So frustrating for me as I don’t live near a Lululemon store. I called the store in frustration, and the manager couldn’t have been more helpful.
Well, she listened to my complaint, and said no problem at all. She turned to be easy to work with. The manager sent me a replacement item which I received three days later, with no hesitation. She included a note apologizing for their error. They practice pleasant customer service and I’d like to stop in there once again.
